We are looking for a colleague to work as a Data Center Operations Technician at Premier DC Data Center, Turkey's Operator Independent Data Center.
• Welcoming customers coming to the Data Center.
• To accompany them and implement the necessary business processes.
• Answering customer requests regarding the Data Center.
• To implement the necessary procedures and policies regarding the Data Center.
• To carry out work related to planning, implementation and monitoring of planned or unplanned facility infrastructure maintenance and new installations.
• Maintain inventory of server/server parts.
• Minimum graduation from the Electronics or Computer departments of a vocational high school or technical high school, preferably an associate degree.
• Preferably having worked in Data Center management for at least 1 year.
• Having the knowledge and experience to manage a 24/7 shift system.
• Having basic knowledge of server hardware and cabling.
• Having operating system (Linux, Windows) installation knowledge.
• To have basic TCP-IP knowledge.
• Having problem solving ability.
• Being prone to teamwork.
• For Male Candidates, having completed his military service.
• Residing on the European Side of Istanbul.
