Premier DC Data Center, Türkiye's operator-independent data center, is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to join its team.
• Greeting customers arriving at the Data Center.
• Escorting them and implementing necessary business processes.
• Responding to customer requests related to the Data Center.
• Implementing necessary procedures and policies related to the Data Center.
• Performing tasks related to planning, implementing, and monitoring planned or unplanned facility infrastructure maintenance and new installations.
• Maintaining inventory of servers/server components.
• Minimum requirement: Graduation from a vocational or technical high school in Electronics or Computer Science, preferably an associate degree.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in Data Center management.
• Knowledge and experience in managing a 24/7 shift system.
• Basic knowledge of server hardware and cabling/wiring.
• Knowledge of operating system (Linux, Windows) installation.
• Basic knowledge of TCP-IP.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
• Residing in the European side of Istanbul.
