They are responsible for managing the network infrastructure of data center and hosting services, monitoring performance, and implementing policies and programs within the scope of network processes.
• Managing and supporting network, telephone communication, infrastructure, cabling, WAN, LAN communication, and VOIP.
• Performing installations, configurations, patching, and version upgrades.
• Monitoring (observing that the network infrastructure meets requirements, analyzing relevant logs, and sharing them with the manager, etc.).
• Conducting performance tuning to identify and resolve performance problems that may arise in the network infrastructure after installation.
• Performing troubleshooting work, including examining trace logs on the network infrastructure, identifying bugs, opening cases, etc.
• Conducting performance, load, and stability checks of test environments and the existing test network infrastructure.
• Keeping network infrastructure management processes and related documentation up-to-date to meet needs and presenting them to the manager.
• Participating in project scope studies to support sales teams, preparing network infrastructure requirements sections for proposals to be prepared for customers.
• Planning to ensure service continuity according to SLAs.
• Reviewing the configuration standards and operation of network security products and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and taking necessary actions.
• Conducting checks and modifications on all security devices within the company.
• University degree, preferably in Computer, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in networking, network security, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, Ethernet, Internet and Intranet, IPv6, BGP, OSFP, VOIP, MPLS, DWDM, RTSTP, FC, iSCSI, and SDN technologies.
• Experience with, and preferably certification in, Juniper, Cisco, Dell, HP, Citrix, Mikrotik, UBNT, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Check Point network solutions
• Experience with Load Balancing, SSL Offload, Content Switching, Caching, URL Filtering, Application Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, SSL, Antivirus, Antispam, DoS, and DDoS.
• Experience in Cloud Computing.
• Knowledge of information security (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Experience in web and application server software security.
• Experience in LIR IP management.
• Proficiency in English.
