It is responsible for managing the network infrastructure of data center and hosting services, monitoring performance status, and implementing policies and programs within the scope of network processes.
• To provide network, telephone communication, infrastructure, cabling, WAN, LAN communication, VOIP management and support.
• Performing installation, configuration, patch migration and version upgrades.
• Monitoring (observing that the network infrastructure meets the needs, analyzing the relevant logs and sharing them with the manager, etc.).
• Conducting Performance Tuning work to identify and eliminate performance problems that may arise in the network infrastructure after installation.
• Carrying out troubleshooting activities, including examining trace logs on the network infrastructure, detecting bugs, opening cases, etc.
• Conducting performance, load and stability control tests of test environments and existing test network infrastructure.
• Keeping the network infrastructure management processes and related documentation relevant to his/her duties up to date and presenting them to his/her manager.
• Conducting project scope studies in order to support sales teams and preparing the network infrastructure requirements sections of the proposal to be prepared for customers.
• Planning to ensure service continuity according to SLA.
• Checking the configuration standards and functioning of Network Security products and systems, identifying areas for improvement and taking the necessary actions.
• Carrying out work such as checking and changing all security devices within the company.
• University graduate, preferably graduating from Computer, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Communication Engineering departments.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in networking, network security and network infrastructure.
• Mastering TCP/IP, Ethernet, Internet and Intranet, IPv6, BGP, OSFP, VOIP, MPLS, DWDM, RTSTP, FC, iSCSI, SDN technologies.
• Being experienced and preferably certified in Juniper, Cisco, Dell and HP, Citrix, Mikrotik, UBNT, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Check Point network solutions.
• Experience in Load Balancing, SSL Offload, Content Switching, Caching, URL Filtering, Application Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, SSL, Antivirus, Antispam, DoS and DDoS.
• Having experience in Cloud Computing.
• Having knowledge about information security (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
• To have basic knowledge of Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Having experience in Web and Application Server software security.
• Being experienced in LIR IP Management.
• Having a good command of English.
