Our organization

Organizational and regulatory frameworks related to Information Security Management are available within the Premier DC integrated management system.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the implementation of this policy.
The Senior Management Team is responsible for the implementation of this policy within their respective areas of control.
The Operational Standards Officer is responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring that information security management integrates with and supports other relevant business standards.
Every individual working for or on behalf of the Company has a responsibility to comply with the requirements of this policy.

We aim to consistently provide our clients with a high level of service and satisfaction, and to protect both Premier DC's and its clients' assets from all threats, whether internal, external, intentional, or accidental.


Our management ensures that the Company does the following:
* Confidentiality: ensuring that only authorized persons have access to information.
* Integrity: ensuring the validity, accuracy, and completeness of information.
* Availability: ensuring that information, related assets, and systems are accessible to authorized persons upon request.
* Regulatory: considering the regulations, laws, and business rules of the country in which it operates as a minimum standard within its own information security management standards.
Specifically, our management will implement the following:
* Ensuring that Premier DC management and employees comply with the security policy.
* Minimizing the risk of damage to company assets, information, reputation, hardware, software, or data.
* Ensuring that Premier DC employees and computer systems do not infringe any copyright or licensing rules. * Clearly stating company policies regarding information management, hardware, embedded software, and all aspects of software.
* Defining an ISMS (Information Security Management System) that establishes a systematic approach to risk assessment by defining a methodology compliant with established business information security, legal, or regulatory requirements.
* Establishing policies and objectives for the ISMS to reduce risks to acceptable levels. Establishing criteria for accepting risks and defining acceptable risk levels.
All managers have a responsibility to implement the Security Policy in their respective areas and ensure their personnel adhere to it. Adherence to the Security Policy is the responsibility of each employee. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. The Group Security Officer is directly responsible for implementing the Security Policy and providing advice and guidance on its implementation.
