Responsibility for the implementation of this policy belongs to the Board of Directors.
The Senior Management Team is responsible for the implementation of this policy within their control areas.
The Operational Standards Officer is responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring that information security management integrates with and supports other standards to which the business is concerned.
Each person working for or on behalf of the Company has the responsibility to comply with the requirements of this policy.
Premier DC recognizes that effective information security management is critical to our business and to the customers who trust us. We aim to provide a consistently high level of service and satisfaction to our customers and to protect both Premier DC and its customers' assets from all threats, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental.
Our management ensures that the Company:
* Confidentiality: ensuring that only authorized persons have access to information.
* Integrity: ensuring the validity, accuracy and integrity of information.
* Accessibility: ensuring access to information, relevant assets and systems upon request by authorized persons.
* Legislation: to consider the regulations, laws and business rules of the country in which it operates as the minimum standard within the scope of its own information security management standards.
In particular, our management will implement the following:
* Ensure that Premier DC management and employees comply with the security policy.
* Minimizing the risk of damage to company assets, information, reputation, hardware, software or data.
* To ensure that Premier DC employees and computer systems do not violate any copyright or licensing rules. Clearly state company policies regarding all aspects of information management, hardware, firmware and software.
* ISMS (information security management system), to define a systematic approach to risk assessment by determining a method in accordance with specified business information security, law or regulatory requirements.
* To create policies and targets for ISMS to reduce risks to acceptable levels. Establishing criteria for accepting risks and establishing acceptable risk levels.
All managers have a responsibility to implement the Security Policy in their area and ensure that their staff adheres to it. It is each employee's responsibility to adhere to the Security Policy. Otherwise, this may result in disciplinary action. The Group Security Officer is directly responsible for implementing the Security Policy and providing consultancy and guidance regarding its implementation.
