i. The use of services provided on the Site is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Operational Working Conditions, the Service Agreement and other relevant agreements, and any permissions and limitations stipulated by law.

All terms and conditions relating to the sales transaction are regulated in the relevant agreement, and the Service Provider assumes no other responsibility or provides any guarantee other than those stipulated in the relevant legislation.

i. The Service Provider has the right to use the address, email, landline phone, mobile phone, and other contact information provided by the user in the registration form on the site, or updated by the user later, to promote the services and campaigns offered by the Service Provider and to contact the user for this purpose.

ii. The Service Provider is not responsible for any changes or deletions to the user's previously declared information, including but not limited to, any consequences arising from the sharing of the password provided to the user by the Service Provider to third parties due to the user or any reason originating from the user.

4- Membership Terms

i. Registration: Use of the Services provided by the Service Provider is subject to Membership/Registration. The Service Provider may create different membership categories or modify existing ones. Certain identification and contact information may be requested during registration or sales, partial or full fees may be charged for the Services, or restrictions may be placed on access to the Services.

ii. Member Name and Password: The member is given a username and password, or the member creates one.

iii. Membership Information: The Member is responsible for all information entered during registration or submitted through this Site and Services, including (i) identity information, (ii) contact information, or (iii) User Content. The identity and contact information provided for registration is assumed to be current, accurate, and reliable. The Member is responsible for safeguarding their username and password. In cases of unauthorized use, the Member is responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the Service Provider or third parties. The Member is solely responsible for all transactions made through their membership account, if any. The Member is obligated to take necessary precautions and inform the Service Provider as soon as they learn of any unauthorized use or attempted unauthorized access to their username and password.

iv. The Service Provider may request the Member to update their membership information and change their password at specified intervals; otherwise, the service may be suspended or restricted. The Member is obligated to comply with these requests.

5- Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights:

i. The intellectual and industrial property rights of the site belong to the Service Provider.

ii. Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual and industrial property/copyrights or usage licenses of the commercial logos, trademarks, names, domain names and other elements on the Site belong to the Service Provider. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the terms and conditions written herein do not grant Users the right to use or dispose of them in any way.

iii. No part or all of the Site may be copied, reproduced (including the distribution of copies), distributed, published, lent, or altered in any way (such as by printing, saving to disk, embedding on another site, or downloading in any other way). It is prohibited to copy or reproduce any elements or forms belonging to the Service Provider that are published on the Site.

iv. The intellectual property rights to third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other materials and content provided as part of the Services on the Site belong to the content providers/rights holders.

v. The User agrees and undertakes not to collect any data found on the Website and not to access the Site's database.

7- Gathering Visit Information:

When the site is visited, web servers automatically begin collecting information to enable communication between the site and the visitor's computer. In addition, information such as the number of visits to the site, the sections of the site preferred by visitors, IP addresses, domain type, browser type, date and time, and browsing activity on the website are monitored, controlled, and stored. This also applies to indirect or attempted violations of the Terms by a third party acting on behalf of the User. The Service Provider's failure to exercise this right does not constitute a waiver of its rights or acceptance of the violation.

10- Limited Liability

i. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss or damage to the service caused by attacks, viruses, or technological materials related to the use of this website.

ii. The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from accessing or being unable to access this site, or from using or being unable to use the site, or from your reliance on the information provided on this site.

In disputes arising from the use of the Site and Services, all computer records of the Service Provider, including ledgers and communication logs, as well as email and fax notifications sent by the Service Provider to Users, shall constitute conclusive and exclusive evidence.

12- Applicable Law and Competent Courts/Enforcement Offices

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from the use of this site. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes related to the site and its terms of use.
